Payment Methods
To complete your purchase, you are given the following options:

Online payment by card

Payment on delivery

Payment upon pickup from the store
Card payment is available whether you choose to pick up your order from the store or choose a shipping method via BOX NOW.
Payment on delivery is available only for shipments within Greece via the BOX NOW service. The cash on delivery service fee together with the shipping cost amounts to €6 and is accompanied by a gift coupon worth €3 for your next purchase.
Payment upon pickup is available only if you choose to collect your order from the store, and the option to pay either by card or in cash is fully supported. If you select this method while having chosen shipping via BOX NOW, your order will be canceled.

Delivery Methods
During the purchase process of your products, you are given the following options:

Delivery via BOX NOW standard shipping

Delivery via BOX NOW with payment on delivery

Store Pickup
The "BOX NOW standard shipping" method costs €3.50, offering you a discount on your shipping. If you wish to make an exchange and have selected the "BOX NOW standard shipping" option, an amount of €3.50 will be withheld from the value of your product as the shipping cost for returning your parcel.
The "BOX NOW with payment on delivery" shipping method costs €6, including the shipping cost and the cash on delivery service fee, while also giving a coupon worth up to €5 for your next purchase.

If you choose store pickup, your order is prepared and you will then receive a notification when it is ready for you to come and collect it. For pickup, the store hours stated at the bottom of the page apply.

Orders for store pickup where you have chosen payment upon pickup are held for 2 business days from the date you are informed that your order is ready for pickup, and are then released.

Orders for store pickup that you have paid for online are held for ninety (90) days. If the customer does not collect within this period, the products are released. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel their order, they may request the issuance of a voucher in accordance with the provisions of section 7.3 of the Terms and Conditions.
