GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE AND USE

1. Introduction
This document (together with any document referred to herein) sets out the terms governing the use of this website and the purchase of products through it, as well as the operation of the physical store (hereinafter the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or make a purchase. These Terms may be amended. It is your responsibility to read them at regular intervals, as the Terms in force at the time the Contract is concluded are the applicable ones.

3. Physical Store
Our physical store operates according to the hours stated on our website. The business reserves the right to modify its operating hours, particularly during holiday periods or in exceptional circumstances, without obligation of prior notice. Prices, discounts, and offers applicable at the physical store may differ from those of the online store.

4. Online Store (E-Shop)
Our online store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Detailed descriptions, photographs, and measurements are provided for each product, sourced from our suppliers. The business bears no responsibility for minor deviations in color rendering due to different screen settings or for typographical errors. Customers are advised to contact us for additional information before completing their order.

5. Sales & Promotions Policy
Periodic discounts and offers are announced through our official channels (website, social media) and are valid for a specific period of time. The business reserves the right:

To set a minimum purchase threshold for the application of a discount.

To exclude specific product categories from discounts.

To differentiate prices and offers between the physical and online store.
During discount periods, the business may suspend the provision of free shipping.

6. Payment Methods
The business accepts the following payment methods:

6.1 For purchases via the e-shop with shipping:

Online payment by debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through a secure transaction environment.

Cash on delivery: Available only for shipments within Greece via the BOX NOW service. The cash on delivery service fee amounts to €6 and may, in certain cases, be accompanied by a gift coupon for a subsequent purchase of variable value depending on the applicable promotional policy. The cash on delivery payment process is governed by BOX NOW's terms, which you can find on their website.

6.2 For purchases via the e-shop with pickup from the physical store:

Online payment by debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or payment at the store by card or in cash upon pickup.

6.3 For purchases within the physical store:

Payment by card or cash.

7. Shipping & Delivery Methods
7.1 Shipments within Greece
Shipments are carried out through the BOX NOW network. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. The business bears no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.

7.1.1 BOX NOW standard shipping

Shipping cost: €3.50

Free for purchases over €60

In the event of a return, an amount of €3.50 is withheld from the value of the returned product

7.1.2 BOX NOW with parcel return option

Shipping cost: €4.50 (includes free return)

Free for purchases over €100

7.1.3 Shipping with cash on delivery

Available via BOX NOW at a charge of €6 (includes free return)

Free shipping with a minimum purchase threshold is not available

Valid only for shipments within Greece

7.2 Shipments to Cyprus and internationally
Shipments are carried out at a flat shipping rate

Cash on delivery is not supported

Free shipping offers with a minimum purchase threshold do not apply

Currently, returns are not accepted

7.3 Store Pickup
The customer may choose to collect their order from our physical store. The order may be ready for pickup on the same day or within three (3) business days from placement. The customer is informed of the status of their order via a confirmation email stating that the order is ready for pickup, or after contacting the store.

Orders with payment upon pickup are held for two (2) business days. If they are not collected within this period, the products are released.

Prepaid orders are held for ninety (90) days. If the customer does not collect within this period, the products are released. If the customer wishes to cancel their order outside the legal withdrawal period of 14 days but within the 90-day holding period, they may request the issuance of a voucher for the total amount paid. After the lapse of 90 days and for a period of six (6) months from the date of payment, the customer may request the issuance of a voucher for the full amount of the order not collected. The voucher is valid for the remainder of the six-month period from the date of payment, calculated from its date of issuance.

8. How the Contract Is Concluded
The information contained in these Terms and on the website does not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to submit an offer.

To place an order, you follow the purchase process and click the button confirming payment. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by sending an email notifying you that the product has been dispatched ("Shipping Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of a product ("Contract") is deemed to have been concluded only when the Shipping Confirmation is sent to you.

9. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of stock depletion, we reserve the right not to fulfill your order, in which case we will refund any amount you may have paid.

10. Price and Payment
The price of each product is that stated on the website or in the physical store at the time of purchase. Prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which are added to the total charge.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price and are entitled to cancel the order, refunding any amount paid.

11. Right of Withdrawal (Legal Right)
If you are acting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquired physical possession of the products.

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw, all payments we have received will be refunded, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method). The refund will be made within 14 days of our being informed, using the same payment method.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the products. You remain liable for any diminution in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Important clarification: In the event of a partial return of products from an order containing multiple items, the shipping costs of the original order are not refunded, as the shipping service was provided for the entirety of the order.

12. Contractual Right of Return (Voucher)
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we provide the option to return products within 14 days from the date of purchase, with their value refunded in the form of a Voucher (store credit).

12.1 Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:

Be in excellent condition.

Not have been used.

Bear all tags and its original packaging.

12.2 Voucher Procedure and Validity
Following quality control, the product's value is refunded via a voucher, which is redeemable within 6 months from its date of issuance at the physical or online store. The shipping cost for the return (depending on the selected shipping method) is withheld from the voucher value. The shipping costs of the original shipment are not refunded, unless the return concerns the entirety of the order and the legal right of withdrawal is exercised within the 14-day period.

13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal and Return
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply in the following cases:

Products purchased at a discount equal to or greater than 50%, provided the customer has been informed accordingly.

Products manufactured following personalization (custom made) or clearly tailored to the consumer's needs.

Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Fragrances and personal hygiene products (e.g., soaps), provided they have been opened or used.

Products of any type that have been opened or used after delivery.

14. Defective Products
In the event that a product presents a defect upon delivery, please contact us to resolve the issue. In this case, shipping and return costs are borne by the business. In any case, the business operates in accordance with the provisions of applicable consumer protection legislation.

15. Limitation of Liability
We make every possible effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented. However, we bear no responsibility for:

Minor deviations in depiction due to technical characteristics of screens.

Any errors or omissions in information originating from our suppliers.

Delays or damages arising during transport and attributable to the carrier.

Our liability in relation to any product purchased is strictly limited to the amount of the purchase price of said product, with the exception of cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

16. Intellectual Property
All content of the online store, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos, and software, constitutes intellectual property of the business or its licensors and is protected by Greek and international legislation. Reproduction, copying, or distribution thereof is prohibited without written permission.

17. Environmental Responsibility
As a business, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. We use paper bags as well as reusable plastic tote bags. The selection of bag type is made at the store's discretion and does not constitute a customer choice. We prefer partners (e.g., BOX NOW) that adopt sustainable practices. We do not cooperate with suppliers that make use of child labor or violate human rights.

18. Force Majeure
We bear no responsibility for failure to fulfill our obligations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions).

19. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute that arises, the Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with European Regulation 524/2013, we inform you that you have the option to submit complaints to the European Union's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

20. Amendment of the Terms
The business reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms, without notice, for reasons relating to legal compliance or its business operations. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the website.
